Delivery times
Most items are held in stock but some of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within a few days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Helen and she'll try her best to accommodate your requirements.
Delivery
We offer free postage on all UK orders. Packages are sent using UK Royal Mail special delivery signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. The rest of the world is £9.75
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Helen cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
Packaging
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a jewellery box with Helen Rankin stamped on the lid and delivered in an air padded envelope.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform Helen of your intention to return goods in writing by email.
All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
